Victor

Victor is an ACTION certified personal trainer with a BSBA from NAU, where he also graduated with an emphasis in Health & Wellness coaching. At NAU, Vic worked with Division 1 athletes as a Strength & Conditioning Coaching Intern with the football, basketball, soccer, and track teams. He specializes in strength training, weight loss, and teaching others how to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

Vic’s background in fitness comes from sports like wrestling, football, basketball, and track, and transitioned into competitive powerlifting. As a powerlifter, his best lift was a 502 pound squat at 180 pounds bodyweight, setting the Arizona State record in his age and weight group. He has since moved into coaching and programming for both beginner and intermediate powerlifters, high school athletes, and individuals looking to get back into shape.

As a jiu-jitsu practitioner and avid runner, Vic also understands the importance of preventative maintenance, rehabilitation, and recovery, and can help with strengthening healing injuries and building confidence. His passion lies in helping others achieve the most important type of wealth there is: your health!
